Craig Konkle

Director of Safety
Craig has been a safety professional for almost over 40 years, entering into the field of Emergency Services in 1984 as an EMT/Firefighter. Since 1998, Craig has been instrumental in the development of safety training and policies in local manufacturing companies and the oil and gas field, to include 15 years as the county public safety representative in this arena, worked as an adjunct at a local technical college, receiving a certificate as an Occupational Health and Safety Professional in 2011.

He is the current owner of CK Consulting and Safety Training, LLC, that offers services across many industries offering Veriforce Basic Safeland, H2S, First few. Additionally, he is employed full time as safety manager for a company in the hazardous materials space and as an adjunct instructor for the Pennsylvania Fire Academy.

Ann Smith

Energy Guard Supervisor
Ann has been in the Energy Gas/Oil field Since 2011. Over the years, Ann has worked for many companies, gaining copious amounts of experience. Because of her experience, she has acquired a vast amount of training, as she has held positions from entry level security guard to multi-site supervisor. While at ClearView, Ann has been an integral part of company growth of supplying the physical security needs for both the energy industry and non-energy entities.

As a multi-site supervisor, Ann is responsible for various tasks such as hiring, training, site assessment, and scheduling. Her contributions as the first point of contact for many accounts are invaluable.  Ann wide ranging experience has spanned accounts such as Anadarko, National Fuel, Seneca, Talen Energy as well as Bimbo Bakeries, Cracker Barrel and Little League International.

Ann’s many certifications include but aren’t limited to SafeLand, IS100.b Incident Command Basic, Armed Shooter training, ISN training and reporting, Williams Pipeline Safety and Snake Training, Troy Construction Safety training, Ethos Moxie Training, Hamilton Patriot Training, National Fuel Safety Training and National Fuel site assessments.

James Adams

Director of Special Operations
James has been with ClearView since he retired from the US Marine Corps in early 2023. Since joining the ClearView team, James has become an integral member of the daily operation of the company. He has attained multiple safety certifications for energy exploration companies in the short time he has been here. James has also been a key in advancing business growth into surrounding areas.  

At ClearView, James has assisted in building, deploying and upgrading of the ClearView Smart Tower and other video surveillance systems. These efforts have been in support of many different activities ranging from Little League Baseball International, the State of Pennsylvania government, local police forces and the Boards of Cooperative Educational Services in New York. James also has been integral in sales and training for Compliant Technologies CD3 technology throughout western Pennsylvania and New York.

While in the Marine Corps James was an Intelligence Analyst with multiple tours spent supporting combat and non-combat missions throughout 10 different countries. James also spent many years in positions of leadership, tasked with completing missions and tasks that included multi-national coalitions and multi-service partners. He has earned multi personal awards and accolades for his leadership and support during these times. 

Scott Fertenbaugh

Director of IT
With over two decades of dedicated expertise in the dynamic realm of Information Technology and building automation systems, Scott has forged a trailblazing career that marries innovative technology with practical infrastructure enhancements. Scott's journey began as a young IT enthusiast and has evolved into a seasoned professional adept at optimizing efficiency and security in modern environments.  

Throughout his career, Scott has played a pivotal role in advancing building security and automation by integrating ultramodern systems that streamline processes, reduce energy consumption, and enhance occupant safety and comfort. The expertise Scott has cultivated has been instrumental in seamlessly connecting and powering critical building components, ensuring they work in harmony. 

Additionally, Scott's commitment to electronic security has fortified the safety and protection of numerous organizations, creating robust defense mechanisms against contemporary threats. 

Scott's career is marked by a relentless pursuit of innovation and excellence.
