ClearView Asset Protection

Advanced School Campus Security.

ClearView Asset Protection upgraded the existing surveillance systems and installed door-closed contacts on the at Muncy, Warrior Run and Montgomery School District campuses.

The upgraded systems use a “smart” camera with enhanced picture quality for better identification of persons and objects, also capturing longer distances for infrared.  This provides a better-quality video for evidentiary purposes if needed.  “AI” can also be added to this surveillance system.

The door contacts alert when a door is opened and/or remains open.  This provides an instant alert to school admin, SRO and Law Enforcement.  The door contacts and surveillance systems are used together to provide a layered security, giving the SRO immediate notification of an open door, which is able to be views with a smart device. This allows the officer to be anywhere on the school grounds and still have live visual control of school entrances/exits!  A very effective security approach with reduced costs to the school district.

ClearView Asset Protection is approved by NASRO to provide security services in schools.

The National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO) is the world’s leader in school-based policing to protect schools and their students, faculty, and staff members.

ClearView Asset Protection and NASRO, takes great pride in being the first and most recognized organization for law enforcement officers assigned to our school communities.

In the Uvalde School shooting, the shooter knew the door was propped open.  This gave the shooter a point of entry without anyone knowing.  The ClearView door contact system is designed to eliminate this issue.   The cameras view all the doors then provide a live observation when the door contact alerts, providing immediate notification to the SRO.  This ensures that all doors are kept closed. In cases when doors are opened intentionally, this allows expediting response, identifying actor(s) and possible weapon systems.
